WristFix Setup
Four steps to a flat lead wrist. Takes less than a minute to fit.
How to use it
Step 1
Strap It On
Fit the brace along your lead forearm and fasten the strap. Snug enough to limit movement, not so tight it cuts circulation.
Step 2
Take Your Grip
Grip the club as normal. The brace holds your lead wrist flat from the start.
Step 3
Backswing
Swing back as usual. You'll feel the brace resist if your wrist starts to cup at the top.
Step 4
Through The Ball
Lead wrist stays flat through impact and into the finish. That's the position most golfers lose.
How to practise
- Start with half swings and short pitches before going full.
- Ten to fifteen minutes a session is plenty.
- If the brace is resisting constantly, your wrist is breaking down early. Slow the swing until it stops.
- Snug, not tight. You should never lose feeling in your hand.
