Questions Golfers Ask

Fit, grip styles, shipping and which aid to start with. If your question isn't here, message us and we'll answer it.

Which GripFix variant do I choose?

Pick the version that matches the way you swing. If you're a right-handed golfer, choose the Right Handed version. If you're a left-handed golfer, choose the Left Handed version. Both are on the product page.

Will GripFix fit my clubs?

GripFix fits standard and midsize grips, and plenty of customers report it fitting oversized grips too. It clips on and off in a couple of seconds, so you can move it between your irons, woods and driver.

Can I use GripFix during a round?

Training aids aren't permitted during a competitive round under the Rules of Golf. For range sessions, practice rounds and social golf, you're fine.

Does GripFix work for left-handed golfers?

Yes. We have a left-handed version available on the product page here.

Does GripFix work with a baseball or interlocking grip?

Yes. GripFix works with any grip style, including baseball (ten-finger), interlock and overlap. It corrects where your fingers sit on top of the grip, so the grip style underneath doesn't matter.

Is it suitable for women and juniors?

Yes. GripFix is universal and works well across genders and age groups, juniors included. If anything it sits toward the smaller hand-size end, so it comfortably covers a wide range of hands.

How long before I notice a difference?

Most golfers feel the correct hand position on the very first swing, because a bad grip feels obvious once you've felt a good one. Making it stick without the aid takes longer. Ten to fifteen minutes a session, a few sessions a week, and it starts to feel like your normal grip.

Do I hit balls with it on, or just practise swings?

Both. Hit balls on the range with it fitted, and take practice swings at home when you can't get out.

Get the most out of it by taking GripFix off every few shots and hitting one without it. That's the rep that carries the feel over to your normal grip.

Which product should I start with?

Start where your miss is. GripFix if the ball starts left or right of where you aimed, since most of that traces back to hand position. SwingFix if your arms come away from your body mid-swing. TempoFix if you rush from the top. WristFix if you're losing distance through impact. PuttFix if you're leaking shots on the green.

If you're not sure, GripFix. Grip sits underneath almost everything else in the swing.
