SETUP

Slide the band over both arms just above the elbows.

ADDRESS POSITION

Grip your club as normal - you’ll feel your arms stay close together.

BACKSWING

As you take the club away, SwingFix keeps your arms moving together with your chest. This prevents “flying elbows” and ensures a one-piece takeaway.

DOWNSWING

On the way down, the band forces you to maintain connection. This stops the “chicken wing” and helps you rotate through the ball with your arms and body in sync.

Finish Position

Swing through to a full finish. The band promotes extension and rotation, training you to finish tall with both arms extended — just like the pros.
